Mandatory information according to Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council: Online dispute resolution service:

Link to the homepage of the European Commission’s entity for online dispute resolution for consumer disputes: – further information is available there. For initial questions about a possible dispute resolution, please contact us at congresshotel@dekra.com. No participation in consumer dispute resolution proceedings As a service and customer-oriented company, we at DEKRA always endeavor to resolve any differences of opinion arising from our contractual relationships in an amicable manner. In the event of any complaints, our customers can therefore contact the relevant branch or our central customer service department at any time via the hotline number 0800-3333333. If and to the extent that no agreement can be reached with the customer, the customer naturally has recourse to the ordinary courts. These courts will then decide on the existence or non-existence of claims within the framework of applicable law. We are convinced that this system best meets the requirements and expectations of our customers. In our view, there is no need for a consumer dispute resolution procedure. Due to the lack of transparency associated with such a procedure (no publication of decisions and no absolute binding nature of mandatory consumer law), we even see the risk of undermining existing consumer protection rights. We have therefore decided not to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before consumer arbitration boards.
