What are the advantages of "Green Meetings"?
Green meetings are conference formats that work in a resource- and climate-friendly way. A key objective is to achieve a low ecological footprint. Through sustainable planning, organization and implementation at the DEKRA Congresshotel we are setting the new standard for CO2 neutral conferences, seminars and congresses.
What types of conference rooms does the DEKRA Congress Center in Wart offer?
The DEKRA Congress Center offers you 20 different rooms for your event: from a ballroom and conference rooms for large groups to meeting and group rooms for smaller workshops. An ideas workshop is also available. Together we will find the right room for your event.
How many people can be accommodated in the conference rooms?
The largest room in the DEKRA Congress Center can accommodate up to 850 people. The room offers 812 m² of space. The smallest room measures 18 m².
Does the DEKRA Congresshotel Wart offer WiFi for conference guests?
You have access to free WiFi throughout our hotel, including the conference rooms.
How can I book a conference at the DEKRA Congresshotel Wart?

Are there accessible rooms for guests with wheelchairs?
At our hotel, we attach great importance to the accessibility and comfort of all guests. We therefore offer specially designed rooms that are both accessible and barrier-free to ensure a pleasant and carefree stay.
Are there public bus or train connections to Wart?
If you are traveling to the DEKRA Congresshotel by public transport, take the S-Bahn or regional train to Herrenberg. Then change to the regional train to Nagold. From there, the bus (possibly with a change in Ebhausen) will take you to the DEKRA Congress Center Wart stop.
Do additional accessories (paper for flipchart etc.) cost extra?
The conference package includes the following: Meeting room, 2 flipcharts, Screen, presentation case, 2 metaplan boards and projector. If required you can book additional accessories such as microphones for presentations, conference equipment or additional paper for workshops.
How can the booking be canceled or changed?
We recommend that you contact our DEKRA team if you wish to cancel or change a conference that has already been booked. We will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have and advise you.
What is included in the price?
Our basic price includes professional support for your event, catering for your conference guests and our parking spaces.
What is the daily routine like?
You can adapt your daily schedule to suit your individual needs. We only specify the framework conditions for individual events: 7:00 – 9:00 am breakfast, 9:00 – 11:00 am coffee break with snacks, 12:00 – 2:00 pm lunch and 3:00 – 4:30 pm coffee break with snacks.

As one of only 14 hotels in Germany to be awarded the highest GreenSign Level 5 award for sustainability, the DEKRA Congresshotel Wart in the Black Forest sets new standards in the combination of ecological responsibility, maximum comfort and the most advanced technology. We continuously strive to reduce our CO2 footprint by producing our own energy through photovoltaics and recycling organic waste. We buy our food from regional traders, which allows us to guarantee the quality of our products. We also work with special partners, which means that we do not produce any unnecessary plastic packaging. As a result, we are now able to offer climate-neutral conferences and hotel accommodation.
